Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request a refund or replacement for a defective item:

  1. Contact us at darcy.green@zurikinnovations.com.
  2. In your email, include your order number and a photo or video that clearly shows the issue.

If approved, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement. Due to the nature of our products, we do not require you to ship the defective item back to us.

Exchanges (for non-defective items)

If you are not satisfied with your item for another reason (e.g., ordered the wrong color) and would like to exchange it, please contact us at darcy.green@zurikinnovations.com within 30 days of receiving it.

  • We will review your request for an exchange on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please note that we only offer exchanges for non-defective items, not refunds for change of mind.
  • We may ask you to cover the shipping cost for the new replacement item.
